Group sizes vary by touring style. Small group tours typically cap at 24 travellers, while classic tours and premium tours may include up to 45 travellers, depending on the itinerary and transport used.

In many cases, yes. If you’d like to extend your stay before or after your tour, a My Touring Expert can help add extra nights subject to availability, fees and cost difference.

Tour packages are typically available up to 18 months in advance, depending on flight schedules and operator release dates. Booking early ensures the best availability, Bonus Savings and travel dates.
All experiences included in your tour package are pre-booked for you, so you can relax knowing key experiences are taken care of.
Some tour holidays offer optional experiences and additional extras. These provide flexibility for you to explore further. They will be referred to in your itinerary as ‘optional’, ‘not included’ or ‘exclusions/excluded’, and incur an additional expense.
Some optional programs must be prebooked and paid before leaving Australia. For others, a list of options will be provided with your final documentation or offered during the tour. These can be booked directly with your guide and paid in the local currency. In most cases, optional tours require minimum numbers to operate.
At the time of booking, our Touring Experts will guide you on what’s included and let you know if any optional tours need to be pre-booked or can be arranged and paid for while you’re on tour.
Your final documentation, including itinerary and flight confirmation, will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before departure. For packages consisting of multiple tours or countries, documentation will be emailed individually within two weeks of departure of each respective tour.
Your itinerary may be in your Junk or Spam folders. If you can’t find it, contact your My Touring Expert and we’ll resend it as soon as possible.
Yes. Your final payment is due five months before departure unless otherwise specified. We’ll email you a reminder with a payment link and send an SMS notification, so you never miss a deadline.

After you’ve paid your deposit, your booking is secured. A second deposit will be required approximately ten months prior to departure in order to ticket your included return airfares. Your final balance is due five months before travel. Once this is paid, we prepare your documents and send them two weeks before your tour begins.

If you need to make changes, contact our Customer Service Team with your booking reference and departure date. We’ll prioritise bookings departing soonest and will assist you as quickly as possible.
